The Graduate Coffee aims to showcase the amazing work that Fair Shot does through our Supported Internship Programme. 

Each season, The Graduate Coffee will highlight one of our remarkable graduates, sharing their story to put a face behind the numbers and show the transformative power of inclusive employment. By telling these stories, we hope to demonstrate how Fair Shot helps create, cultivate and nurture workplaces where every individual can thrive.

This Season’s Graduate: Felicity

Felicity joined Fair Shot in 2023 after developing a strong interest in hospitality through her love of talking to people and matcha! Whilst Felicity is at home in the cafe now and can often be spotted giggling and chatting to staff and customers alike, this wasn’t always the case. Joining shy and unsure, through the support of Fair Shot’s programme she quickly found her confidence and discovered her passion for people and customer service.

Alongside her love of match, Felicity has always loved theatre, film and music. Today, thanks to Fair Shot, she’s proud of how far she’s come.

Whilst not currently in work, Felicity's drive and independence has made her a stronger candidate for the kind of work she wants to do and will no doubt end up excelling in.
