For five years, our Centre of Excellence in Covent Garden has been where we developed, delivered and refined our Hospitality Training Programme, supporting young people with learning disabilities to develop the skills, confidence and experience they need to progress into employment.

Our consultancy starts with understanding where you are in your journey, what’s working well and where you need support. We can then provide tailored advice and support, both at the start of our collaboration and on an ongoing basis.

We offer a range of practical training sessions for management and delivery teams, including:
Train the Trainer: Supporting your team to effectively train people with learning disabilities,
Hospitality Train the Trainer: Developing your team’s barista and hospitality training skills,
Understanding learning and disability and neurodiversity.
We can also create bespoke training based on your team’s needs and experience.

Now, we’re sharing what we’ve learned with organisations that want to build or strengthen their own hospitality training programmes, ensuring more people with learning disabilities access high training and equips them with the skills and confidence to then access employment.
Our aim is simple: to help more people with learning disabilities access high quality hospitality training and develop the skills and confidence they need to progress into employment.
We primarily work with SEND schools and colleges, but any environment in which learners can train in a hospitality environment can be suitable.
