2025 was an incredibly exciting year for us at Fair Shot!
And now in 2026, we’re building towards our next 2-year strategy which will massively widen our scope for impact.
Our goal is to directly support 60 young adults with learning disabilities into paid employment every 5 years, and to support a further 500+ through training, education and consultancy.
To make this happen, we’re looking for people to join us on the journey!
We’re currently looking for:

- Fundraising / philanthropy
- Treasurer (financial oversight, hybrid charity/commercial model)
- Marketing, brand, and communications -
Well-connected individuals (and ideally recognisable faces) who can help raise awareness, open doors, and amplify our mission.

Receiving direct updates on our strategy and helping generate funding opportunities, partnerships, and employment pathways for our graduates.
We’re Particularly interested in individuals from the PR / media world who can help raise our profile and unlock new opportunities.
