2025 was an incredibly exciting year for us at Fair Shot!
And now in 2026, we’re building towards our next 2-year strategy which will massively widen our scope for impact.
Our goal is to directly support 60 young adults with learning disabilities into paid employment every 5 years, and to support a further 500+ through training, education and consultancy.
To make this happen, we’re looking for people to join us on the journey!

We are looking for someone to join our Impact Team, working primarily with our graduates who are no longer in their Fair Shot-placed employment positions, as well as coordinating impact collection and growth across the programmes as a whole. This position has a split focus on both employment and impact/growth and the successful candidate’s week will be structured to reflect this.
This position will be in charge of Fair Shot’s volunteer mentor network, and will involve significant collaboration with the Employment Programme Manager, working together to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for all graduates within our network.
Similarly, this position will also work alongside the Head of Impact, working on our resource creation, data collection, and wider organisational impact strategies.
● Full-time role: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours)
● Hybrid working: you’re allowed to work from home 2 days a week
● Annual Leave Allowance: 30 days (including Bank Holidays)
● One Friday off a month
Prior to commencing your employment, the following must be completed, costs for both will be covered by the Charity:
● Enhanced DBS Check: Your offer of employment is conditional upon a satisfactory outcome.
● Safeguarding Course (Vulnerable Adults): This must be completed before, or in your first week of employment.
