Each season, The Graduate Coffee highlights one of our remarkable Fair Shot graduates.

This Season, we’re celebrating Sofia, whose journey from unemployment to a thriving usher at Unicorn Theatre shows the transformative power of inclusive employment.

Sofia joined Fair Shot in 2024 after developing a strong interest in hospitality while working at her parents’ hotel. She quickly found her confidence and discovered her passion for people, customer service, and coffee (especially latte art!).

Alongside her love of hospitality, Sofia has always loved the theatre. Today, thanks to Fair Shot, she’s proud to be working at the Unicorn Theatre, combining what she enjoys most: being around people, delivering great service, and being part of a vibrant, creative environment.
