Our Story
95% of adults in the UK with learning disabilities are unemployed. We want to change that.
Our year-long Supported Internship Programme, based in our Covent Garden café, gives individuals the skills, confidence, and real-world experience they need to thrive. And our support doesn’t stop there. Through our Employment Programme, we work closely with employers across multiple sectors to connect our graduates with sustainable, fulfilling paid roles.
