At Fair Shot, we believe that if someone with a learning disability wants to work, they can.
We’re breaking down barriers and challenging misconceptions by providing hands-on training, workplace readiness, employer coaching, and real paid job opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities.
Through our Supported Internship Programme at our Covent Garden Café, and Employment Programme, we we’re demonstrating that for us and our partners, neuroinclusion isn’t just a promise, it’s a practice, creating sustainable pathways to meaningful employment for adults with learning disabilities.
