Our Story
95% of adults in the UK with learning disabilities are unemployed. We want to change that. Through our year-long Hospitality Programme, we’re growing the next generation of skilled baristas and expert cafe assistants. After the programme, we find our graduates paid employment with forward-thinking employers and keep supporting all parties involved for the following 6 months.

Hospitality Programme ✽
Hospitality Programme ✽
Every year, we offer 15 young adults (aged 18-25) with a learning disability and/or autism the chance to gain real-life work experience through our hospitality programme.
880 Hours of Training & Support
Our hospitality programme is holistic & designed around our learner’s individual needs. It focuses on getting them ready for the world of work - from building practical hospitality skills to focusing on building confidence and autonomy.
